The Forge and the Laser

These two projects were carried out on the same property.
Adapting to the client’s request, we opted for a steel sheet cutting process: laser cutting.
We created the drawings for each project and carried out the necessary computer programming.
And since our profession is ironwork, that is, forging, we incorporated wrought iron elements to give volume to the structures and, above all, to erase the “industrial” and “flat” aspect of this type of work.
On the interior side, we also worked on the finishing.

The fence consists of a set of steel sheets, cut according to a pattern agreed upon with the clients.

Here, we went with the idea of a trellis, perfectly suited to the bucolic setting. A solid section provides privacy from the outside, while nature does the rest.

To add a touch of texture to the overall effect, each panel is assembled on a steel post, handcrafted by us, with a few wrought iron elements and colored enamels inserted.

Finally, a wrought iron decoration in the center of the structure adds a very personal touch.

We fitted this solid oak sliding door with a cut-out steel grille.

The client dictated the design theme, which was to echo the vine motif, a theme already present in the room, carved on the fireplace.

We took the opportunity to restore the latch and adapt it to the sliding door.

The grille is attached to a frame that opens, allowing for easy cleaning of the glass.

The latch, which closes it, was forged by us.
